How the comparison works
ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) have compared New Zealand and Malaysia’s Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees. This project was part of the Free Trade Agreement.
The project found that:
- the Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees on the NZQF and MQF can be compared
- the way Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees are quality assured for the NZQF and MQF is compatible.
The comparison makes it easier for education providers and employers to understand how qualifications compare to similar local qualifications.
It does not guarantee that New Zealand or Malaysia will automatically recognise Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees as equivalent.
